Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, this policy explains when a refund or cancellation is possible. Please read it before you buy. Checkout and payments are handled by Gumroad.

1. Digital goods — general policy

Once a digital product has been delivered (the download has been sent and/or accessed), the sale is generally final, because the product cannot be "returned". This is standard for instant digital downloads.

2. When we WILL refund or replace

We want you to get what you paid for. We will replace the file or, if we cannot resolve it, issue a refund if:

• the file is corrupt, won't open, or is materially different from what was described; or
• you were charged more than once for the same order; or
• you did not receive the download at all and we are unable to deliver it.

Please raise any such issue within 7 days of purchase and give us a chance to fix it first — most problems are solved with a fresh download link.

3. When we cannot refund

• Change of mind after the file has been downloaded.
• Buying the wrong product by mistake once it has been accessed.
• Not having the software to open it (you need Microsoft Excel or free Google Sheets, and a PDF reader for the guide).

4. How to request

Email restaurantmarketingkit@gmail.com with your Gumroad order ID and a short description (a screenshot helps). We reply within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method via Gumroad.
