These terms apply when you buy the Restaurant, Café & Cloud Kitchen Startup & Financial Plan (Global Edition) from RestaurantGrowthCo, operated by Grid Checkout Ecommerce (India). By purchasing, you agree to them.

1. What you're buying

A digital spreadsheet product (Microsoft Excel + Google Sheets) delivered as an instant download. It is a planning tool with example figures and templates — not financial, legal, tax or investment advice. You are responsible for the numbers you enter and the decisions you make.

2. Payment & delivery

Payment is processed by our checkout partner, Gumroad. Prices are in US dollars. After payment, Gumroad delivers your download instantly on the confirmation page and by email. Nothing is shipped.

3. Licence & use

• You may use the plan for your own business(es), as many times as you like.
• Please don't resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the files publicly.
• The templates, formulas and written guide remain our intellectual property; your licence is personal and non-transferable.

4. No guarantee of results

The plan helps you organise and project your numbers. It does not guarantee funding, profit, or business success. Outcomes depend on your inputs, your market and factors outside our control.

6. Changes
